1) I can browse their collection from my living room.

2) If I want something from another branch I can call them and they will have it sent to the location closest to me.

3) I have fond memories of participating in their summer reading programs when I was in elementary school. That was in the days when we got a circle to add to the growing caterpillar - not actual prizes like iPods.
